The launch of the Australasian Development Economics Association (ADEA)

We invite you to attend the launch of the Australasian Development Economics Association (ADEA) which will be held at the University of Melbourne at 5 pm on Wed 5th June. ADEA aims to promote and advance the field of development economics in the Australasian region by supporting a strong and vibrant community of development economists; fostering collaboration, exchange of ideas, mentoring, and networking opportunities; and increasing the recognition of development economics among policy-makers, funding bodies, and government. The Hon Dr Andrew Leigh MP will address the launch via video, and Dr Anthony Swan, Director of Development Finance and Economics, Climate Diplomacy and Development Finance Division, The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, will speak at the event.
